We always return to The Farm Soho when in New York! Their event spaces are well equipped, bright and easy to find, plus the team are very responsive and friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a space in the city to book The Farm SoHo NYC.
We hosted a screening here and LOVED our experience. The space is beautiful! All the attendees were extremely impressed with how pretty it was, how cool it was and how seamless everything ran. I hosted an event at The Farm Soho (447 Broadway) in May 2024. The space comfortably welcomed 20 people seated, and still felt very spacious. The internet, screen sharing on TV and Projector, AC ,etc, worked perfectly. The restrooms were well maintain, and they have a good self-service coffee area, with fridge as well. I’ve bounced around at a few co-working spaces in the city, and hands down The Farm is the best. It’s a great environment for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers. I have used the Event Space at the farm for about two years now and will continue to use them for my company's events, brainstorming and ideation sessions and meetings. Elif and the Farm Staff offer great pricing for such a huge space in the heart of SoHo that is decorated beautifully with hard wood floors, private elevator and a loft space. They accommodate catering and deliveries and are especially kind and attentive to customers. Definitely recommend!
The place is perfect for parties and the people were very accommodating and flexible to our event setup. Kseniya was very helpful and always makes herself available to help us setup and arrange the furnitures, tables and chairs. I loved the projector and large speakers. It was perfect for our karaoke themed Christmas party. We had party games and relays. The space was perfect! While we don’t have our own catering service, we do have a list of great providers we can connect you with. You’re also welcome to bring your own, of course.
Your rental fee includes: An hour of setup prior to your event, plus a half-hour for breakdown after your event. Our sites feature WiFi you can use, and they also includes furniture and an A/V system: a projector with a large screen, a TV, 2 wireless microphones, and speakers. Lastly, we’ll also assign a staff member to be on standby, in case you have questions during you during your event. They’re here to help, but unfortunately aren’t able to serve food and drinks for you.
Our kitchen is a non-cooking kitchen, but we have two refrigerators that you’re welcome to use for storing food! The kitchen also consists of a sink and a small counter.

If you cancel up to 30 days before your event date, we will refund your full payment, less the deposit you provided. Deposits are non-refundable. We may be able to accommodate rescheduling your event, but since our prices vary by day, date, and time, this may incur an additional fee.
It depends on the demand and season, but we recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months ahead to secure your location. Book early for popular locations and always read reviews to ensure a good reputation.
We recommend learning as much as possible about the capacity, amenities available, and other features that may be useful for your event. Ask about parking and commuting directions as well.
