The Farm Nomad is located at 1178 Broadway in Flatiron. The building entrance is on 28th St between Broadway and 5th Avenue, right next to Lady M bakery. Please come up to the 3rd floor upon arrival where The Farm staff will be there to assist you.

Our event spaces can accommodate gatherings of all sizes, from small photo shoots to large-scale social events for up to 75 guests.

Please note that all events consuming liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event.

Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a tour of our rooftop event space in New York to envision your event firsthand. We’re more than happy to set up a venue tour with an available team member Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Your rental fee includes: An hour of setup prior to your event, plus a half-hour for breakdown after your event. You’re also welcome to use our WIFI, outdoor furniture and A/V system. We’ll also assign two or three staff members to be on standby, in case you have questions during your event. They’re here to help, but unfortunately aren’t able to serve food and drinks for you. Cleaning ($200.00) and Security Guard Fees ($45/h) are additional charges. Depending on the guest count multiple security guards will be mandatory.

Yes, event insurance is mandatory for all rooftop events.

We work with a network of trusted vendors, including catering services, decorators, and entertainment providers. However, you’re welcome to bring your preferred vendors to personalize your event experience.

While we don’t have our own catering service, we do have a list of great providers we can connect you with. You’re also welcome to bring your own, of course.

The Guest may cancel the Booking until 30 days before the event start time, and receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. We can however accommodate rescheduling on an alternate available date, additional fees may be incurred as rates differ by time, day and date.

Our venue is versatile and suitable for various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, parties, and proposals in the heart of Manhattan.

To secure a booking at our Nomad Rooftop event venue, guests must pay the full rental fees in advance.
