We always return to The Farm Soho when in New York! Their event spaces are well equipped, bright and easy to find, plus the team are very responsive and friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a space in the city to book The Farm SoHo NYC.
My work-from-home team is in love with this place for our "work in real life" days! They have several spaces that work for our group. I highly recommend it!
We hosted a screening here and LOVED our experience. The space is beautiful! All the attendees were extremely impressed with how pretty it was, how cool it was and how seamless everything ran. The staff is 10/10. Ozlem and Regine were extremely helpful, professional and kind. I loved working with them and will definitely have another event here!
I hosted an event at The Farm Soho (447 Broadway) in May 2024. The space comfortably welcomed 20 people seated, and still felt very spacious. The internet, screen sharing on TV and Projector, AC ,etc, worked perfectly. The restrooms were well maintain, and they have a good self-service coffee area, with fridge as well. We recently held an all-day meeting at The Farm Soho. Ozlem and the team were genuinely fantastic before and during the event. They were always available to talk and answer any questions during the planning process. I was very stressed on the day of the event since we were hosting colleagues from out of town. Had a great experience holding an event at The Farm! Ozlem and the other staff members were incredibly nice and helpful, and were able to accomodate some last minute requests. The space was perfect for a speaking engagement with 50 attendees- highly recommend it.
I’ve bounced around at a few co-working spaces in the city, and hands down The Farm is the best. It’s a great environment for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers. I’ve met business contacts and friends here. I love the common area/open space to work, and have never had an issue finding a space to work. Liam, Harry, and Aslan are great. Went to a technology event and the atmosphere is just great
We hosted a company networking event at The Farm Soho and it was fantastic! Ozlem and the team were extremely helpful and made sure everything was set up the way we wanted it. They were very accommodating and the event was a success.
We hosted a panel at The Farm Soho and our experience was excellent! Ozlem, the events coordinator, was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. She made sure that all of our questions were answered and our needs were met. We will definitely be using this space again!

Had my 30th birthday here last night and it couldn’t have gone better! Very helpful during the initial set up and Robert (bartender) was a delight to work with! Highly recommend this space for a private event! We had maybe 35ish people and fit very comfortably. 10/10!
We booked The Farm Soho for a business event, and the team there were responsive from step one through to the end. Detail oriented, helpful, flexible when we had to make a small change last minute, and graciously attentive the day of. Truly a pleasure to work with Ozlem and Lai, and we would definitely consider booking again for future events!

I rented a private conference room on behalf of my office at The Farm Soho for a client meeting. Their office manager Pedro was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. The space had great high ceilings and a relaxing vibe. I think we will definitely be back!

I have had two events here. My baby sip and see and an industry event. Both times I had phenomenal experience. The staff helped us all of our needs for setting up and cleaning up! Highly recommend.
My organization held a 3 day retreat in The Farm Soho's main event venue. The location and facilities were perfect, and the staff was incredibly helpful with the planning leading up to our event as well as the execution. Will definitely book the Farm for future events!
I have used the Event Space at the farm for about two years now and will continue to use them for my company's events, brainstorming and ideation sessions and meetings. Elif and the Farm Staff offer great pricing for such a huge space in the heart of SoHo that is decorated beautifully with hard wood floors, private elevator and a loft space. They accommodate catering and deliveries and are especially kind and attentive to customers. Definitely recommend!
The place is perfect for parties and the people were very accommodating and flexible to our event setup. Kseniya was very helpful and always makes herself available to help us setup and arrange the furnitures, tables and chairs. I loved the projector and large speakers. It was perfect for our karaoke themed Christmas party. We had party games and relays. The space was perfect! Everyone had fun! i would definitely recommend to friends who are looking for an event space in the heart of NYC!

A great place to have an event! Amazing staff, beautiful interior, great amenities, good pricing, very responsive. Our event team had a really easy time setting everything up. Our guests felt welcome and secure. It was a little hard finding the entrance to the venue, but hanging some posters on the door made it easier for people to find the event. I would highly recommend this space!

Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to cook in our kitchen, but we have 1 refrigerator that you’re welcome to use for storing food!

Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a tour of our stunning event spaces in New York to envision your event firsthand. We’re more than happy to set up a venue tour with an available team member Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
We work with a network of trusted vendors, including catering services, decorators, and entertainment providers. However, you’re welcome to bring your preferred vendors to personalize your event experience.
While we don’t have our own catering service, we do have a list of great providers we can connect you with. You’re also welcome to bring your own, of course.
The Guest may cancel the Booking until 30 days before the event start time, and receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. We can however accommodate rescheduling on an alternate available date, additional fees may be incurred as rates differ by time, day and date.
Our venue is versatile and suitable for various events, including screenings, corporate gatherings, parties, and meetings in the heart of Manhattan.
To secure a booking at our Mulberry event venue, guests must pay the full rental fees in advance.
