You will receive an automatic email, notifying you of new mail when the Farm’s mail scanning service uploads it to your virtual mailbox. From there, you can view your mail.
We accept any type of mail/packages from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other 3rd party carriers. We do have a weight and size limit for the packages we can accept; packages cannot exceed approximately 18″ x 12″ x 8 1/2″ in size and cannot weigh over 15 pounds. Any packages that exceed the weight limit will also start to incur storage fees. (If you want packages forwarded, they cannot exceed 15 pounds, otherwise, we will ask you to schedule a pickup with your preferred mail carrier and provide us with the shipping label.)
At the moment we require payment via credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also provide express checkout via Apple and Google Pay. We do not take payment via check, money order, Western Union, or wire transfer at this time.
Yes! Mail forwarding is a service included in all of our virtual office plans, prices vary depending on your plan. We forward to both international and domestic addresses.
Yes. After subscribing and gaining access to your virtual office, you will need to complete the USPS Form 1583. The USPS Form 1583 is needed in order to establish a private mailbox in the United States. Most people are able to complete their form the same day they signup. We also have an online notary service you can use to notarize it.
Yes, the address can be used for opening bank accounts, compliance with regulatory requirements, and more.
Yes, some packages include a live receptionist for call answering, appointment setting, and managing phone calls in real-time.
