First, we have Above The Wave. According to its website, this is Maui’s “first creative coworking space.”

The 8,000-square ft. facility offers coworking desks, private offices, conference rooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces. They also have airport luggage services for interested clients. Members can likewise expect strong wi-fi, a friendly community, and “fresh local coffee always.”

Above The Wave is open Mondays through Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Make sure to reserve it ahead of time to use their facilities on weekends.

2. BoxJelly

Secondly, we have BoxJelly. We’ve previously featured this company, naming it as one of the world’s top beach coworking spaces. As such, it naturally deserves a spot in our list of the best coworking spaces in Hawaii.

BoxJelly has been around since 2011 and is indeed Hawaii’s first coworking space. Their goal has always been to “create space for friendships to grow and ideas to progress.” Meanwhile, a Google review describes BoxJelly as “good, spacious, and clean.”

Need to bring your dog while working? That won’t be a problem because it’s a pet-friendly location, too.

BoxJelly is open from Mondays through Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Take note, however, that their facilities are closed on weekends.

3. Entrepreneurs Sandbox

Next, Entrepreneurs Sandbox is “Hawaii’s front door to creativity, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.” The place has a coworking space, event venue, meeting rooms, and small offices in its 13,500-square ft. facility.  

Partners Hawaii Technology Development Corporation and Box Jelly manage the Entrepreneurs Sandbox. The space is open to the public Mondays through Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Members, on the other hand, are welcome to work there from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

4. Hawaii Office Centers

Looking for a “laid-back, community-based workspace?” Well, this is the place for you!

A quick glance on the Hawaii Office Centers instantly gives anyone an idea that it’s definitely all about good vibes. The company has dedicated desks, private offices, and virtual offices, along with event and conference venues.

The Hub has two spaces in Honolulu. First, they have the Kaka’ako location (which has its address below). Next is the new Waikiki location (which can be found at 2330 Kalakaua Ave #248).

One of the biggest office providers in the US, Premier Workspaces also has a location in Hawaii. The company offers private offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and coworking membership.

Regus has coworking spaces, office space, virtual offices, and meeting rooms. “The staff is friendly and responsive and the office is clean and professional,” one customer wrote on Google.

Finally, we have the Workshop Coworking. This cozy location was established by two friends after failing to find a workspace in Oahu.

Since then, they now have over 15 desks and a private call room. Customers can enjoy access to high-speed WiFi, printer and scanner use. Furthermore, Workshop also offers free coffee and tea.  

The place is open daily from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
