The Farm Soho has three different loft venues, all of which are located along 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor New York, NY 10013. 

All loft venue spaces come with:

  • On-site concierge services (staff members will be present during the whole event to assist)

Boasting rustic furnishing, high ceilings, and panoramic windows, The Farm’s Main Event Venue is an airy, sun-soaked front room. It has a total area of 750 sq. ft and can accommodate up to 55 guests (seated), or 80 (standing).

Of the three loft venues available, the main event venue is the biggest.

If you’re looking for a more intimate feel to your event venue, The Lounge is a private room with a total area of 280 sq. feet that can accommodate up to 16 guests. 

Should your event need more space? Don’t worry. You can also use this space as an extension to the main event venue as the lounge’s flexible doors and windows can be easily opened.

Based on past experiences, in this situation, The Lounge is usually used more as an area to tuck a bar or buffet spread to give guests more room in the Main Event Venue.

The Farm’s Bleachers loft venue is a charming event venue in NYC with its own private Mercer Street entrance. It has wonderful natural lighting, and a quirky design perfect for artists and creatives to gain inspiration and creativity on their next project. 

Of all the loft venues offered by The Farm, Bleachers is the smallest event venue, comprising a total area of 160 sq. ft that can fit around 12 guests.

Main Event Venue: 

Aside from its spacious feel and perfect ambiance, the Main Event Venue is a fully-customizable space appropriate for all kinds of events - meetings, presentations, weddings, or parties. The Lounge:

Since The Lounge is limited to around 16 guests, this venue is best suited for intimate gatherings with close friends and family, exclusive presentations and the like. 

Bleachers:

The modern and quirky interior design of Bleachers is perfect for classes, workshops, casual meetings, brainstorming sessions, or intimate get-togethers as you can request extra chairs, tables, a whiteboard, or a projector. 

Accessibility:

The Farm Soho’s loft venue spaces are located between Grand Street and Howard Street in Manhattan. 

It is in nearby N, Q, R, W, 6, A, C, E, 1, J, Z subway lines along Canal Street. It is also a short distance from the B, D, F, M subway lines at Broadway / Lafayette.

If you are bringing a vehicle to the venue, street parking is available after 6:00 PM and on weekends. There are 24/7 parking garages within a short walk provided by City Parking and Edison ParkFast.

2. Meeting rooms

Specs:

If you’re looking for a change of scenery from office cubicles or want to impress your potential clients by meeting in a place that exhibits a rustic charm and elegant private meeting spaces, The Farm has a superb selection of meeting rooms available. 

As of this writing, there are a total of eight meeting rooms along 447 Broadway and one along 188 Grand Street (Soho east meeting room).  

Aside from the services mentioned in the loft venue, all of The Farm’s meeting rooms also possess:

  • Apple TV
  • Free water, coffee, and tea (self-service), and
  • Whiteboards. 

Soho Meeting Room: 

Starting off our list of meeting rooms available at The Farm is the Soho Meeting Room. This fully furnished meeting room can host six guests. 

The Library:

Another of The Farm’s cozy and private meeting rooms is The Library. The Library is a professional and well-designed conference room with a projector screen and whiteboard. It can host up to ten guests. 

Soho Meeting Lounge

Similar to the design of The library, the Soho Meeting Lounge also has a whiteboard and projector screen. However, this space is a bit bigger in comparison to the library as it can accommodate 16 guests. 

Soho East Meeting Room:

While this may be the only meeting room not available along 447 Broadway, the Soho East Meeting Room located at 188 Grand Street still offers the same rustic charm and fully furnished conference room. The Soho East Meeting Room can accommodate up to ten guests. 

Conference rooms:

Need a well-lit full private space where you can brainstorm ideas or meet with clients while on a tight budget… you’re in luck! The Farm has no less than five fully furnished conference rooms. 

The details of each conference room are as follows:

Conference Room One has a meeting room that can host ten guests at a time. For Conference Room Two, the meeting room is fit for six guests equipped with monobloc chairs and a wide desk.

Moving to Conference Room three, it is a more compact meeting room fit for around four guests at a time. Conference Room Four is similar to Conference Room Three, this space is also ideal for around four guests. Lastly, Conference Room Five is also perfect for four guests.

3. The Rooftop

The Rooftop event venue of The Farm is exactly what you need if you want to host an event that your guests won’t soon forget. 

The Rooftop has a total area of 2,300 sq. ft that can host up to 50 guests. 

Aside from the breathtaking views of the city, customers who book The Farm’s rooftop space will also get to benefit from the following services:

  • 2-4 on-site staff members to ensure the event goes without a hitch
  • Fast and reliable wi-fi, outdoor furniture, and an A/V system

  • Events consuming liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event.

4. The Industrial

Saving the best for last is The Farm Soho’s Industrial event venue located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of The Farm’s 447 Broadway location. 

The Industrial is the biggest event venue space available at The Farm, having a total area of 7,143 sq. ft. It can accommodate up to 100 guests. 

If you’re to book the entire space, you will have access to:

  • Five conference rooms
  • Five private phone booths
  • Four bathrooms
  • A reading nook, and
  • Meditation/nursing room 

What makes this event venue in NYC unique from the others?

Similar to most of The Farm’s event venues, The Industrial also has a striking, rustic-design interior with fabulous natural lighting. The Industrial event space is also conveniently located in close proximity to subway lines. This is an ideal feature for any excellent event venue in NYC.

Thanks to its large area and extensive facilities, The Industrial event venue in NYC is an ideal location for large events such as:

  • Team building events, and
  • Workshops

Accessibility:

You can pick and choose between two separate entrances either from Mercer or Broadway. Both are equipped with elevators and stairs.
