The biggest reason for our success has been building a strong team that fills in various holes in our skill sets.
What is working best for your marketing right now?:
Our best marketing channels have been articles on Physiclo, Facebook ads and attending industry trade shows for strength and conditioning coaches.
What is your biggest differentiator?:

What is the toughest decision you've had to make in the last few months?:
Making a tough hiring decision who might have been a good fit and helped immediately. But, was not a perfect solution.
If it was possible, what advice would you give yourself 10 years ago?:
Either work for an early stage startup or launch a business as soon as possible. There is no substitute for getting that early stage success.
Favorite place to travel to?:
Italy. I love the culture, history, and weather.
What book are you most likely to give as a gift?:
Hamilton by Ron Chernow. It is a great and inspiring book about how anyone with share grit, hard work, and intelligence can achieve.
What is your favorite app or online tool? :
My favorite app is Kindle
. I am constantly reading e-books, trying to learn more.
What was the best event that you recently attended?:
I went to a tech happy hour hosted by First Growth VC
two weeks ago. The founder of First Growth VC, is my b-school professor, Ed Zimmermann, and he does an amazing job of bringing to together an amazing group of speakers, founders, investors, and mentors. I always learn a ton when I go to an event hosted by Ed Zimmermann.
What is your favorite hobby?:
Spending time with my family outdoors typically at a park, beach or zoo.
What business would you love for someone else to start?:
I think a business focused on eliminating the education gap is valuable and if done successful, can be very scalable.
What advice do you have for new founders? :
Seek out mentors that have been down this journey before. It is a long winding road and being able to get feedback from someone that has already been through it, is invaluable.
