I really love this place it is so secure, I feel safe leaving my things out, feels like home and its not crowded. I am just doing the hotdesk communal setup and I'm quite sensitive to sound and stimulus but here I'm able to just work and focus for many many hours i bulled 2 all nighters in peace. nice farm aesthetics to get one in the mood (do gotta point out that some tables might have cracks and bumps due to wood deformation but most are fine). also got a comfy sofa and unlimited caffeine so nothing more i could ask for.

I was here for a business thing that was hosted here. It was good.
I needed to use the coworking space very early in the morning, and the fact that it’s open 24/7 was the perfect advantage. The e-key access to unlock the doors worked seamlessly, which made everything even more convenient. I loved the atmosphere and the meeting booths - everything was comfortable and well set up. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great area, close to everything, and clean spaces!
Used a DayPass at this location 4x, all times never had an issue, always comfortable, well taken care of, and thankful it's a space to stay focused. My favorite part of it all - it's 24/7. Many coworking spaces close between 5-7pm but work goes beyond those hours, I often leave close to Midnight b/c it's so easy to stay on task while I'm there. Thankful for everyone at this location!

I recently subscribed to the Hot Desk plan and have had a wonderful experience! The location is easy to find and the Kisi app is also easy to use to let yourself in. Booked day passes for myself and my colleague. I live in Brooklyn and they live in New Jersey so we had to find a suitable place in the middle. Luckily, The Farm was conveniently located next to good subway lines for the both of us. The day pass is excellent value at $29. Equipped with all of the amenities you need to get things done, we also offer a beautiful lounge space for you to relax in and a kitchen nook where you can access shared fridges and help yourself to coffee, tea and water throughout the day. Well, really throughout the night as well. We are a 24/7 space, offering you even more agency to work in the way that is best for you.
Easy! You will receive an email from a service called Kisi. Once you’ve signed up for the app, you can come and go as you please during your time at The Farm.
To unlock a door you simply go to the Kisi app, click on the lock icon, and when it turns green, you’ll know the door is open. If you ever have trouble getting in between 9am-5pm, ring the doorbell and we’ll let you in personally!

Yes! If you don’t want to lug a monitor around with you we rent them for $10/day. We have a variety of sizes and screen resolutions. Monitors are connected via HDMI and we have USB-C adapters. Although it might be a good idea to bring your own adapter.
If you have a Hot Desk you can get storage for $30/month.
Every member gets a free mailbox, allowing you to use our SoHo location as your business address. However it’s meant only for receiving a limited amount of mail and you have to ask our community manager to help you set it up. If you want to extend the functionality of your mailbox check out our variety of mailbox management services starting at $10/month.
Yes, check out the Tree House area above our soundproof phone booths. There are a few quiet spots where you can work alone or with your small team.
