Our lofted SoHo location features rows of tables and comfortable chairs that you can either reserve or choose from whenever you enter the space, giving you the predictability or flexibility you desire.

Equipped with all of the amenities you need to get things done, we also offer a beautiful lounge space for you to relax in and a kitchen nook where you can access shared fridges and help yourself to coffee, tea and water throughout the day. Well, really throughout the night as well. We are a 24/7 space, offering you even more agency to work in the way that is best for you.

Easy! You will receive an email from a service called Kisi. Once you’ve signed up for the app, you can come and go as you please during your time at The Farm.

To unlock a door you simply go to the Kisi app, click on the lock icon, and when it turns green, you’ll know the door is open. If you ever have trouble getting in between 9am-5pm, ring the doorbell and we’ll let you in personally!

Since our staff is only present Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm, you get to make your own coffee on Saturdays and Sundays and during those late night work sessions. Good thing we have a fancy automatic coffee machine!

Yes! We’re called The Farm for a reason. For the safety of the community, please share documentation of your pet’s vaccinations prior to bringing them in. You can send them to [email protected]. After that, and as long as your pet doesn’t disrupt the coworking space or cause problems for another member, they are more than welcome!

If you need a conference room, as a Daily Pass user, you can book rooms starting at $50/hour.

Yes! If you don’t want to lug a monitor around with you we rent them for $10/day. We have a variety of sizes and screen resolutions. Monitors are connected via HDMI and we have USB-C adapters. Although it might be a good idea to bring your own adapter.

Yes, check out the Tree House area above our soundproof phone booths. There are a few quiet spots where you can work alone or with your small team.
