Yes. A legally registered business entity is mandatory to enter into a lease agreement. This aligns with industry-standard practices

Yes. The office address may be used as your business’s registered address. You’ll receive a lease agreement, which you should retain in case verification of tenancy is required.

Please note:

  • We do not assist with verification processes or compliance requirements (e.g., DUNS, DMV, or government filings).
  • We do not name or work with any specific agencies.
  • While we do not provide a utility bill directly, we offer a Cisco phone service that comes with a bill and utility address, which may support your business’s compliance needs.
  • A property manager is available to confirm tenancy if contacted by a third party.

Our role is limited to providing a physical business address, a lease agreement, and optional Cisco phone service. Use of this service is at your own discretion and risk.

The minimum lease commitment is 12 months. Longer leases are available and may provide discounted pricing or added benefits.
