We just signed up for a virtual office at the San Francisco location. We have not received any mail yet so cannot say anything about that but their customer service has been great. We didn’t end up needing one of the services we paid for, so I asked for a refund and they handled it right away which we really appreciate.
The team was quick to respond to me and super helpful. I will definitely use the service in the future as my business grows!

So far so good. Setup was easy. The website and client portal are legit thus far. I am writing this, not having received any mail yet, but the on-boarding and customer support has been good. I appreciate the modern website, and the automated systems making things streamlined as far as admin goes. It's fairly clear. The only thing I would say is, it could be slightly clearer regarding the USPS form that needs to be notarized. It would be nice if that was included for free as a sign on bonus or so…
