Key Differences Between Services:
Scope of Services: Virtual offices offer a broader range of services, including business address verification, receptionist support, and meeting room access, while virtual mailboxes focus primarily on mail handling.
Physical Presence: Virtual offices may provide occasional access to physical workspace and private meeting spaces, while virtual mailboxes typically do not include any physical office space.
Cost: Virtual mailbox services are more affordable than virtual office plans, as they include fewer services.
Mail Management: While both services handle incoming mail, virtual mailboxes offer more advanced mail management features, including digital scanning and online access.

Flexibility: Virtual mailbox services are ideal for fully remote businesses, while virtual offices cater to companies that may need occasional physical space.
