Stripe Terms Of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to Soho Workspace Inc., Soho Workspaces 2 Inc., Farm 2 LLC, Farm 3 LLC, and Virtual Mail Hub LLC (collectively referred to as “The Farm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of The Farm’s Stripe Verification Address Product (the “Service”).

By purchasing or using this Service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Stripe Verification Address Product provides clients with a physical office lease agreement and utility documentation issued under their company’s name to support compliance with banking, payment processing, and platform verification requirements.

This Service is intended to assist with address verification and business credibility only. It does not guarantee approval, verification, or acceptance by Stripe, Payoneer, banks, or any third-party institution.

3. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of the company listed.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable company information.
  • Not use the Service for unlawful or deceptive purposes, including creating false or misleading business representations.

We reserve the right to reject or terminate Service if information provided is incomplete, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

4. Payment and Renewal Terms

The Service is billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
All payments are processed securely through our approved billing system.

  • Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before end of commitment period, subscriptions automatically renew for the same term.
  • Late or Failed Payments: Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your Service.

5. Use of Address and Documentation

Clients are granted limited permission to use The Farm SoHo’s designated office address solely for the purpose of business verification and compliance documentation.

You may not:

  • Use the address for mail or package deliveries unless separately subscribed to a Virtual Mailbox plan.
  • Represent the address as a physical office location for customer visits.
  • Sublease, resell, or share the address with third parties.

Any misuse of the address or documentation will result in immediate suspension and may lead to legal action.

6. Compliance and Limitations

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you submit to Stripe or any financial platform meets their specific compliance standards.

The Farm SoHo does not:

  • File or verify your business registration with Stripe, banks, or government entities.
  • Handle, process, or participate in any KYC (Know Your Customer) or identity verification procedures required by Stripe, Payoneer, banks, or similar institutions.
  • Provide legal, tax, or compliance advice.
  • Intervene in disputes between you and Stripe or any other service provider.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

The Farm SoHo’s documentation is intended to support your compliance process. However, we do not guarantee that Stripe, Payoneer, Mercury, or any other financial institution will accept or approve your account, as final decisions are made by those platforms independently.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable once documents have been issued.
Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

In the event of cancellation:

  • Your address authorization and documentation become void immediately.
  • Continued use of the address after termination is prohibited.

9. Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Farm SoHo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, denial by Stripe or banks, or reputational harm.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold The Farm SoHo, its affiliates, and staff harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the Service.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

We collect and store personal and business information only as necessary to deliver this Service.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or to comply with regulatory requests.

11. Termination of Service

The Farm SoHo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Service without refund if:

  • Payment fails or remains unpaid after notice;
  • The Service is used for unlawful or deceptive purposes;
  • Falsified or misleading information is provided; or
  • The address is misused contrary to these Terms.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using The Farm SoHo’s address and remove it from all business listings, bank records, and online profiles.
