Located near the Union Square, our offices are within a short walk from the Powell Street station (subways Blue, Green, Red and Yellow)

When you arrive at the building, please call at 415-432-0983 to be buzzed in. You are also welcome to use the intercom to the right of the main door as well. Please use the elevator to get to the 15th floor. Once you are on the 15th floor, our Farm staff will be there to assist and let you into the room

Our event spaces can accommodate gatherings of all sizes, from private screenings to large-scale conferences for up to 50 guests.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to cook in our kitchen, but we have 1 refrigerator that you’re welcome to use for storing food!

Our Little Italy event venue offers state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, customizable lighting options and projector&screen. We strive to provide everything you need to make your event memorable.

Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a tour of our stunning event spaces in New York to envision your event firsthand. We’re more than happy to set up a venue tour with an available team member Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

We work with a network of trusted vendors, including catering services, decorators, and entertainment providers. However, you’re welcome to bring your preferred vendors to personalize your event experience.

While we don’t have our own catering service, we do have a list of great providers we can connect you with. You’re also welcome to bring your own, of course.

The Guest may cancel the Booking until 30 days before the event start time, and receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. We can however accommodate rescheduling on an alternate available date, additional fees may be incurred as rates differ by time, day and date.

Our venue is versatile and suitable for various events, including screenings, corporate gatherings, parties, and meetings in the heart of Manhattan.

To secure a booking at our Mulberry event venue, guests must pay the full rental fees in advance.
