Finding an ideal place to get work done is not always easy. Going to a cafe or working from home can be a nice option for a couple of hours but having a dedicated workspace with like-minded founders makes getting work done a much better experience.
Only ten years ago if you wanted to send a tweet about your favorite co-working space on your iPhone it was an impossible task. Because none of these things existed yet. Sending an email on your Blackberry from a busy cafe was your best option.

Lucas Seyhun created TheFarmSoHo, the first coworking space in NYC, back in 2014. He is a serial entrepreneur that has been part of many failing businesses. Eventually, this became the knowledge base of his success. Before his entrepreneurship career, Lucas was part of the US Military—a key building block of his resilience. Growing up, Lucas’ family was economically challenged, but this gave him the ability to be financially creative and build companies out of thin air.
